La Perla: The Tallest Buildings in Ecuador

Height: 57 m, (187 ft)

The La Perla is a new addition to Malecon 2000 in Guayaquil and stands 57 meters tall. It is also the tallest Ferris wheel in South America. The ride on La Perla offers a great view of the city. The building was designed as an observation wheel so that tourists can see all the sights surrounding them. Furthermore From atop the La Perla, visitors can see the Malecon 2000, a popular entertainment district, its historic monuments, and views of the Guayas River.

YOO Quito tower

The YOO Quito tower is Ecuador’S tallest building, hence with its top floors perched in the clouds. Located in the coveted Gonzalez Suarez neighborhood, it was designed by international architectural firm arquitectonica. The design concept also incorporates the city’s natural landscape, and the interiors are influenced by the views of the surrounding mountains. It also has an indoor and outdoor terrace, fitness room, kids’ room, and a rooftop lounge complete with dining areas.
