900 Biscayne has 516 condominiums over 63 stories. The building’s interiors include spa services, a fitness center, club room, and a private theater. The building has also been equipped with 13 elevators, some of which are reserved for residents. The tower’s main pool area is a climate-controlled therapy pool. The building has also been equipped with a two-acre rooftop pool terrace.

Earlier this year, the Okan Group, owned by Turkish businessman Bekir Okan, broke ground on the Okan Tower. The Okan Group, based in Istanbul, has been a global player in several industries. Their first US project, the Okan Tower, is located in Downtown Miami. The Okan Tower will be a mixed-use building with condo-hotel units, office space, and a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel.
The Okan Tower was designed by Behar Font & Partners, an international architecture firm. The tower’s facade was inspired by the shape of a tulip. It will be 70 stories high and top off at 890 feet. Its design also incorporates elements that reflect Turkish culture.

Built in 1966, the VAB initially known as the Vertical Assembly Building, constructed to withstand hurricanes. The VAB is 525 feet tall and is support by 4,225 steel pilings. It encloses an area of 129,428,000 cubic feet of space. It also has 125 roof ventilators.
