After Cooking
After the rice has been cooked, refrigerate the rice for at least 15 minutes.
Then, spread the rice out on a large baking sheet.
Use Fresh Vegetable
If you’re cooking with frozen vegetables, you’ll need to defrost them first. It’s best to use fresh vegetables when preparing your dish. However, frozen vegetables can sometimes get too soft when frying.
saute the vegetables and garlic
Next, you’ll need to saute the vegetables and garlic. Once the veggies are soft, transfer them to the other side of the pan.
Hence, this will prevent them from sticking to the pan.
soy sauce or oyster sauce
If you’d like to add extra flavor to your dish, you can add a tablespoon of soy sauce or oyster sauce.
However, you can find these at most Asian grocery stores.

Adding an egg: How to Make Fried Rice
Furthermore, you can make your fried rice with tofu, shrimp, or chicken. Although, adding an egg is another way to add protein to your meal. If you’re adding an egg, scramble the egg in the pan. This adds protein, healthy fats, and flavor.
